Dover Street Market London offers a 14-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags and designer packaging intact. Please note that certain items, such as earrings, fragrances, and final sale goods, are non-returnable for hygiene and boutique policy reasons.
Request a Return
Log into your account or use the guest returns portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of receiving your order.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original shipping box or a suitable alternative, ensuring all designer labels, dust bags, and authentication cards are included.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid return shipping label to the outside of the package and schedule a collection or drop it off at an authorized courier point.
Inspection and Refund
Once our boutique team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days, excluding original shipping costs.
